"Hello,

I recently (April 5, 2011) took a bus trip with a group of students and 5 other chaperones on a Golden Memories bus. Our driver was Steve and I wanted you to know that he was fantastic on this trip. He entertained and informed the children during our bus rides with facts about the states we drove through. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the spots we stopped in. While we were in Washington, DC (our tour destination), Steve was on time and was continuously flexible. He offered areas of interest that we should see and was patient with the students. He never overstepped his boundaries with our students and discipline. Our students thoroughly enjoyed having him as a driver and were even chanting his name as we pulled back into New York State. As well, he was patient and understanding with the adult chaperones. I personally got very ill during the bus ride and he was kind and helpful.

We intend on requesting Steve's services next year when we again depart for Washington, DC with our Hilton students."

"Good Morning Ralph,

My husband, Dave and I wanted to let you know that the Branson Bus trip was truly a "Golden Memory." We cannot express enough gratitude and praise for Daniel Parrish our driver and Tom, our guide.

Both of these men have a great sense of humor and are very kind and considerate. Everything was so very organized and smooth. If someone had a question that they could not answer, they found the answer.

We were a little apprehensive about taking this trip because the last trip we took was to Washington and the experience was not a good one with our driver at that time. He was very rude and bordering on mean and the bus trip was not a good experience, it was a different company too; but this trip has changed our minds and we will definitely do more. We are both retired now and look forward to future trips. We were a little (and I use that term very little) disappointed because there wasn't much country music but the shows were fantastic.

I am sending a copy of this to Daniel but I do not have Tom's e-mail address and was hoping you could foward this on to him.

Thank you for employing such wonderful people and "Thanks for the Memories..." We have recommended the Branson trip to some of our friends."
